Cheeseburgers with wine?

I recently created a website for Rootstalk Cellars for their Cheeseburger Red Wine, apparently a wine you can server with cheeseburgers. The wine was created to team up with this cheeseburgers, and is smooth and jammy, bursting with red fruit that so perfectly complements a slight char. For me the exciting part of this website is all the great cheeseburger recipes! As for the wine itself it is great with anything grilled, check out their website and see for yourself.

Sobriquet Winery

We just finished a website for Soriquet Winery. The winemaker Chris Stanton makes some great Santa Ynez Valley Wine.  Sobriquet Winery specializes in small lots of hand crafted wines from several different appellations in California. We search out those special vineyard sites that have the terroir and climate to express intense varietal character and purity. All our wines are aged in French oak from Francois Frères and Taransaud cooperages. I'm hoping to try on of their wines soon. We're getting spoiled here with some of the best Santa Barbara County wines I've ever tasted.

Why is it so hot!

Enough already! Fall came for a week, it rained, then came the heat. Not the usual unbearable 100s but low 90s. Just hot enough to make it too hot! The forcast for tomorrow is 94 but there is light at the end of the tunnel.....76 predicted for Sunday. Yeah!
